Need a kitchen that makes you want to cook every day? We design and build kitchens that work as well as they look: custom cabinetry, smart layouts, and finishes built to last.
Storage that's built around your space, not squeezed into it. Our custom cabinets are designed for function first and finished to add a genuine wow factor to any room.
That underused space below your main floor has real potential. We turn unfinished basements into rooms your family will actually want to spend time in.
From a clean, practical family bathroom to a spa-style ensuite, we handle the full scope, including waterproofing, plumbing, tiling, and fixtures.

Planning
We begin by visiting your home and spending real time understanding what isn’t working about it. We look at the existing layout, structural conditions, and how your household actually moves through the space. From that conversation, we establish your goals, your budget range, and the overall direction, so the design work that follows is grounded in what you actually need.

2. Design & Permits
Once the direction is set, we develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D renderings so you can see exactly what you’re getting before construction begins. Every material, finish, and fixture is selected and approved by you. We also manage all permit applications with the relevant municipality, coordinate inspections, and finalize the full project scope and budget, so there are no surprises once the build starts.

3. Construction & Handover
With approvals in place, we manage every stage of the build: demolition, framing, mechanical rough-ins, finishing trades, and final details. We run weekly site updates, coordinate all trades under one roof, and conduct quality checks at each stage to Ontario Building Code standards. We finish with a joint walkthrough, ensuring every detail meets your satisfaction before we consider the project complete.
The cost of a full home remodel varies based on the square footage, age of the home, and the level of finishes. During our initial consultation, we provide a detailed breakdown so you can make informed decisions about your investment.
A complete transformation typically takes between 4 and 8 months. This timeline depends on the complexity of structural changes and the speed of permit approvals.
Yes. Any project involving structural alterations, new plumbing, or updated electrical systems requires a permit. We manage the entire application process to ensure your home is fully compliant with the Ontario Building Code.
For a whole-house project, we generally recommend that clients relocate temporarily. This ensures your safety, speeds up the construction process, and keeps you away from the dust and noise of a major build.
Absolutely. We specialize in modernizing older homes while respecting their original character. We address underlying issues like outdated wiring or plumbing to ensure your "new" old home is safe for decades to come.
We will be happy to discuss your project and make your dreams come true.
