We used IDS for a bathroom design and rebuild about a year ago.  We were very pleased with Kev's process, management and quality of delivery. When we moved to a condo earlier this year, we felt confident enough to hire IDS for a major overhaul of the condo, obviously a much bigger project. And our confidence was totally justified.  The quality and thoroughness of the design (a gutted and completely rebuilt kitchen), the workmanship, the commitment to the planned schedule, the flexibility responding to new options during the work, the availability of Kev at all times - this is the standard of IDS. IDS demolished a 3-piece bathroom in our house and rebuilt it from scratch.  The project came in on schedule, and exactly as designed.  Kev has a solid design sense and produced something modern and compatible with the rest of the house. We completed the main floor remodel including the kitchen and enlarge the entire front porch deck. Kevork and the team were amazing. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the project proceed smoothly, and now, approx 10 months after completion, we are very satisfied. We are so happy with the work that IDS has done on our home. Everything from the design, to the work, to the friendliness and professionalism of the team has been exceptional. We were meeting with a few teams to get an idea of what we could do and Kevork arrived with ideas for the floor plan already drawn, how to optimize the space better, and examples/testimonials so we could visualize his other projects. Throughout the project he gave us renderings of the rooms, incorporated all of our feedback, came to choose materials with us and was very transparent about pricing and timelines. He was very organized, took our calls and answered emails very promptly and minimized the stress of the renovation. His team is great, all our neighbours commented on the professionalism of the team. Kev helped us convert our basement into a legal second unit, and we greatly appreciated the work he and his team did. The project had its own set of obstacles, but Kev and his team managed to think of creative ways to overcome them. Kev was really patient with answering my questions regarding the project and he showed great people skills when it comes to communicating with city inspectors and other related parties. Kevork is polite and highly professional. He sent us 3D design of the bathroom, and after our approval the project was done within the agreed time line. They covered all areas with special protective film and kept the house clean during the whole renovation. The quality of finishing is very high which is quite rare these days!
