Design & Development

We develop the office through space plans, construction drawings, furniture layouts, lighting and electrical planning, plumbing requirements, custom millwork, and material and finish selections. Depending on the project, we can also prepare 3D renderings so you can understand the proposed space before construction begins.

Permit requirements are reviewed where needed. We then finalize the drawings, selections, project scope, and quotation to create a clear path into construction.

Construction & Handover

Once the design is approved, we manage demolition, construction, trade coordination, electrical and plumbing work, millwork installation, flooring, and finishes. Regular site visits, progress reporting, inspections, and quality reviews help keep the work aligned with the project plan.

At completion, we conduct a final walkthrough, review outstanding details, and prepare the renovated office for handover.
